About Anconas:
Ducklings are available occasionally throughout the spring and summer, straight run. All ducklings are guaranteed healthy for 48hrs after pickup. Adults and juveniles are available occasionally and priced accordingly. Contact us with interest.
- Lightweight ducks (6.0-6.5lbs)
- Flightless
- Hardy
- Very colorful - may be black, blue, chocolate, silver, lilac, or lavender; always broken with white (we have black, chocolate, and blue)
- Excellent foragers
- Fast growing, good for dual-purpose
- Moderately calm, typically friendly ducks that make good pets
- Occasionally broody
- Good mothers
- Excellent layers of jumbo eggs, approximately 210-280 eggs per year
- Eggs can be white, cream, or green/blue
